How to Place an Order

Placing an Order with lanyardsandcredentials.com

Step 1: Request a Quote

Once you have decided which product(s) you are interested in, please complete the form linked below or call (610) 944-8588 to request a quote. Once a representative has received your quote request, you will receive your quote via email from your account manager who is more than happy to answer any questions.

Step 2: Proof Approval

Our in-house graphics department will work with you to create a proof of your desired product(s). We accept original artwork and can match Pantone colors to ensure your designs are exactly what you envision. Proofs must be digitally approved by the customer before the production process can begin.

Step 3: Submit Order

Orders can be submitted through the "Order Online" form linked below or emailing/calling your account manager. Once your order request has been received by a representative, you will receive your order confirmation via email.

Step 4: Make Payment

We offer various forms of payment to satisfy the needs of our customers. Orders can be paid by credit card (We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa) check, direct deposit, or wire transfer. Checks can be mailed to our home office: 901 Park Road, Fleetwood, PA 19522.

Step 5: Production & Shipping

Once payment has been received, the production process will begin. Stock items ordered before 2PM EST qualify for Same Day Shipping. Please reach out to your account manager by calling (610) 944-8588 or filling out the Request a Quote form to learn more about in-stock product options.
